Dottie Drizzle
Dottie Drizzle is a round, cheerful rain cloud who floats above Puddleby Green in her bright yellow wellies. She loves puddles, counts everything she sees and makes a little rainbow whenever she's happy. She's a bit clumsy – sometimes the rain lands in the wrong place – but she always says sorry and puts things right.
